Alina Budnitzki was born in Kazakhstan, Almaty, studied mathematics in Russia, St. Petersburg and received Dr. rer. nat. Title in Germany. She is a self taught painter and is very happy that nothing can stay between her imagination and canvas. Alina enjoy applying and mixing various techniques since 2010 in watercolours, acrylcs, oils, inks, markers and pastel pencils. You can see a self-expression in every and each painting and drawing of her. When Alina does not have commissions she chooses a subject, technique(s) and start to paint. Sometimes Alina does have a vision of a final piece and sometimes doesn’t. Alina has a pleasure in both of these ways and is very happy that the only restriction is a size of the paper.
